〔記者賴哲序／綜合報導〕大都會在這個冬天最重要的課題，就是與明年即將成為自由球員的David Wright提早續約，在Alex Rodriguez表現不理想的狀況下，Wright已經成為紐約三壘手的代名詞，加上他又是大都會農場培育出來的球員，大都會自然極力想留下他，雙方也在今(30)日，達成8年合約的共識。
