全民運動會授旗　蔡炳坤勉臺中奪第一

〔全國廣播／綜合報導〕全民運動會即將於11月3日在南投縣舉行，臺中市今年是縣市合併之後第一次參加，副市長蔡炳坤今(31)日為臺中市選手們授旗，祝選手們旗開得勝；蔡炳坤表示，這次比賽廿四個項目中，臺中市就參加了廿三項，陣容是各縣市之冠，臺中市占了天時地利人和，一定能「創造佳績，臺中第一」。
