〔記者李玟／台北報導〕海峽兩岸棒球對抗賽將在明（24日）至28日於天母、新莊及青年公園3地開打，新北市教育局副局長洪嘉文在今（23日）的記者會中，用「只有第一、沒有第二」8個字，勉勵代表台灣參賽之一的新北市隊務必爭取佳績。
