〔記者洪偵源／綜合報導〕決定了！Lance Armstrong的環法7冠王頭銜，將要從歷史上抹除，UCI（International Cycling Union，國際自由車總會）已經同意，拔掉這位抗癌鬥士的7座環法冠軍，並處以終身禁賽。
