〔記者李玟／綜合報導〕金鶯隊台灣左投陳偉殷在今（3日）發出一封給球迷的公開信，感謝各方球迷對他的支持與鼓勵，並在信中透露自己將在11月迎接新生命，所以在百般思考後決定婉拒中華隊世界棒球經典賽的徵召，希望球迷體諒。
