足球／菲律賓接手龍騰盃　改名和平盃

〔記者洪偵源／台北報導〕由台灣發起，並主辦兩屆的龍騰盃國際足球邀請賽，今年將主辦權轉交到菲律賓手上，而現在菲律賓接著近一步將賽會名稱更改為「和平盃」。
